About Rachana

Rachana broadcasts for Bloomberg Radio London, daily from 4pm-6pm local (GMT) time, presenting European headline news.

Men As Allies.
Rachana is the founder and current editor of The Corner of the Court Project, sharing success stories of men who play advocacy roles for women in the workplace.  Rachana has conducted extensive research and numerous speaking engagements with companies such as FOX Sports, ESPN, LinkedIn, and more, about “male allies” and effective ways to engage men in diversity efforts.

Global Leadership.
Rachana spent 14 years as a management consultant for Accenture, where she most recently led the capability development of the Austria, Switzerland, Germany change management practice.

Since 2014, Rachana has worked for Bloomberg LP in a variety of capacities, currently leading global talent efforts for 5,500+ software engineers in sustaining a thriving technology work culture.

Rachana spent a short sabbatical earning a fashion certificate from Conde Nast London’s Vogue (2013), which she leverages in her work as a creative leader and innovator.  She is certified in Design Thinking and frequently facilitates innovation workshops.

Rachana holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in psychology.  She earned a B.A. in psychology with high distinction from the University of Virginia, and is a graduate of the top-ranked Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Northern Virginia.
